What You Will Be Doing
- Ensure the Bar is ready for opening; seating areas and crockery are clean; food counter is fully stocked and well-presented!
- Assist bartenders in the setup and breakdown of the bar area.
- Ensure Bar is well maintained at all times, reporting any maintenance requirements to Line Manager and/or Security
- Be fully knowledgeable of Bar food & drink menu, offering suggestions and recommendations where necessary
- Support bartenders during service, anticipating their needs and contributing to a seamless workflow.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in a Bar Back or similar support role is advantageous but not required.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
