What You Will Be Doing
- To meet, greet all guests in a professional and friendly manner, creating a warm and memorable experience
- Prepare and serve cocktails, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Be knowledgeable of all menu and standard cocktails, spirits, beers, wines, and champagnes, offering suggestions and recommendations as required
- Maximize food and drink revenue by offering suggestions and recommendations to suit customers’ individual tastes
- Ensure all bar tabs/bill information is precise, transferred to the correct customer check/room no. and all payment transactions are processed accurately
- Ensure all furniture, crockery, and glassware are kept clean and polished at all times
- Ensure the Bar is adequately stocked, and the displays look presentable, clean, and tidy
What We’re Looking For
- A passion for the art and science of crafting exceptional drinks
- Certification or training in bartending or mixology is a plus
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and bar operations.
- Ability to engage with customers and create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
