What You Will Be Doing
- Supervising food orders to ensure consistency and quality on all dishes
- To ensure the team knows the menu.
- Ensure the Mis-en-place is done and ready for service
- Support the development of the Commis Chef and Demi Chef de Partie
- Provide on-the-job training to Commis Chef and Demi Chef de Partie
- Ensure that stock is rotated and controlled
- Ensure a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness is maintained by following cleaning routines
What We’re Looking For
- A passion for food and creative flair
- Previous experience of working within a similar role
- Excellent communication skills and organisation skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
