Key Responsibilities
- Review the current IT strategy, including infrastructure, hardware, software, and third-party suppliers
- Project manage the introduction of any new systems to minimise the risk of disruption to the team and the business
- Ensure IT Security is first class and there are no security breaches;
- Ensure compliance at all times
- Actively contribute to the formulation of the hotel overall business strategy
Our ideal Director of IT
- Must have an IT background gained in hotels of similar size and standard
- Have proven experience of designing and executing IT strategies
- Be highly experienced with hardware, software, security and connectivity solutions
- Have managed third party IT relationships effectively
- Have strong project management skills
- Demonstrate positive leadership that promotes high performance, wellbeing and inspire the team to achieve
